JCW is currently collaborating with a Multi Family Office & Swiss Fiduciary Firm, in the search of a certified Treuhänder to join their rapidly expanding team where you will work with their exciting Swiss and international client base.
Your Responsibilities:
- Mandate management and customer support of national and international mandates from various industries and sizes
- Maintaining financial and securities accounting, including subsidiary ledgers
- Preparation and auditing of interim and annual financial statements
- Creating VAT invoices
- Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons, including review of tax assessments and tax invoices
- Tax advice for natural and legal persons
- Advice and support for companies in the start-up and financing process
- Help shape the expansion of our service offering
Your Profile:
- Trustee with a federal professional certificate or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in the trust industry and/or in financial accounting
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as high service quality
- Structured, independent, precise and careful way of working
- Forward-looking and networked thinking
- Quick comprehension, inquisitive, quick learner, solution-oriented
- High affinity for digital technologies
- Very good expression in German and English
