Freelance Site/Construction Manager (Bauleiter) – Major Infrastructure Project
Northern Bavaria
Start: Immediate
We’re seeking an experienced freelance Site/Construction Manager (Bauleiter) for a high-profile energy infrastructure project running until 2027.
Your Role:
- Oversee cable installation & jointing across a 180km route.
- Manage subcontractors, site operations & reporting.
- Ensure HSE compliance, claims & documentation.
- Work with EPC contracts and liaise with the PM team.
What You Bring:
10–15 years’ experience in infrastructure (energy, rail, roads, tunnels, power plants, etc.).
Background in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
Fluent German & English.
Able to stay on-site full-time (Mon–Fri).
