JCW Search AG are currently working together with a leading Swiss law firm in the search for a Senior Lawyer to join their Banking & Finance team preferably in their Zürich office.
For this position, we are searching for candidates with the following background:
- Several years experience working with banking and finance topics, namely transactions, M&A and capital markets
- Good understanding of corporate law with experience in the Swiss market
- Admission to Swiss Bar and Swiss education necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in German and English, other languages such as French and Italian would be seen as beneficial
