Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site evaluations and loss control visits to identify hazards, delivering comprehensive reports with tailored recommendations for improvement.
- Review and interpret claims data to design and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Create and oversee customized safety documentation, training programs, and system enhancements for clients.
- Oversee risk management programs to reduce claim frequency, severity, and reporting delays.
- Improve the effectiveness of return-to-work programs while guiding the development and refinement of internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and client communications to support risk and claims management efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CRM are advantageous.
- 3–5 years of worker’s compensation loss control experience.
- 7+ years of commercial loss control experience (non-worker’s compensation).
