We're working with a commercial pharmaceutical company focused in the rare disease space. They are looking for a qualified commercial counsel to join their small legal team during an exciting period of growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiating agreements including PBM, GPO, specialty pharmacy, supply chain, distribution, etc.
- Advising on compliance matters, including Anti-Kickback, FCPA, False Claims Act.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and 3-5+ years of experience working in-house or at a top law firm with pharma/biotech clients.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements within the pharmaceutical industry
