A commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company is looking to hire a senior attorney to lead the compliance legal function. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the fantastic leadership team of this growing company.
This position is remote, but must work Eastern or Central Time.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the company's compliance program, including training, policies, monitoring, and investigations.
- Drafting and negotiating agreements with GPOs, PBMs, specialty pharmacies, etc.
- Advising marketing, sales, market access, patient support, and medical affairs teams.
- J.D. and active bar license.
- 8+ years of legal experience within the biotech/pharma industry, some of which must be in-house.
