Are you a seasoned Legal Counsel specializing in Data Protection Law? This is your chance to join a high-performing team, advising on GDPR compliance and managing data protection initiatives for a renowned consultancy.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Draft, review, and implement internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct data protection impact assessments and privacy-by-design analyses.
- Advise management and the DPO on compliance and risks.
- Manage and mentor a GDPR-focused team.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in data protection law, with strong GDPR expertise.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT, information security, and risk management.
- Fluent in English; French or German is an asset.
- CIPP/E certification is preferred.
