Investment Advisory Analyst (Madrid)

Our client are a growing global investment management firm based across the US, Europe & Asia. At present they are looking for an Investment Advisory Analyst to join their team in Madrid, dedicated to helping clients build long-term wealth through thoughtful and unbiased financial guidance. This client-facing role focuses on investment counseling and portfolio construction, rather than sales. You'll be part of a collaborative, values-driven environment that emphasizes quality over quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support investment counseling activities across global client portfolios

• Prepare asset allocation balance sheets and investment communications

• Respond to client inquiries and assist in delivering personalized advice

• Research investment products and evaluate their suitability

• Help prepare performance reports, memos, newsletters, and web content

• Coordinate portfolio implementation with internal teams and external providers

• Liaise with third-party service providers including banks, asset managers, and tax advisors

Experience Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in investment consulting, wealth management, or a related field

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative discipline

• Strong understanding of asset allocation and investment planning concepts

• Advanced English required; Italian and/or French at C2 level is a strong plus

• Interest in or pursuit of CFA, CAIA, or CFP designations preferred
