JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a community bank with branches across Fairfield county seeking Assistant Branch Managers to join their team. If the following is in line with your experience and goals please apply.
To be successful you should have:
- 3+ years of experience working in a retail bank
- Experience as a universal banker or in branch management positions
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Day to day you will:
- Assist in running branch operations
- Provide excellent customer service by managing customer inquiries and complaints
- Coach branch employees and ensure bank policies are being adhered too
