JCW named as a 'Best Staffing Firm to Work For' in North America.

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been named as a 'Best Staffing Firm to Work For' in North America in 2021! The annual award given by the Staffing Industry Analysts recognizes employers for their performance in engaging with employees and creating a workplace that encourages talent development, enjoyment, productivity and collaboration. Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
