• L1, L2, and L3 CyberArk Support: Proficient in handling all levels of CyberArk issues, including incident resolution and proactive maintenance.
• Account Management: Expertise in converting unmanaged accounts to managed within CyberArk environments.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) Drills: Conduct and validate recovery procedures to ensure operational resilience.
• CPM Plugin Development: Development, customization, and maintenance of CPM plugins to enhance CyberArk functionality.
• PSM Custom Connectors Development: Building and implementing custom PSM connectors to extend session monitoring capabilities.
• Platform Management: Creation, modification, and deletion of platforms to accommodate account requirements.
• CyberArk Component Implementation: End-to-end installation, implementation, and upgrade of CyberArk components.
• Master Policy Configuration: Expert in configuring master policy settings and applying necessary exceptions.
• AppID Management: Creation of AppIDs and implementation of restrictions, including CCP provider creation.

Operational Support:

• Incident resolution for issues related to safes, accounts, and user access.
• Raising and managing cases with CyberArk support for newly encountered issues.
• SLA compliance for incident and customer inquiry response.
• Planning and delivering new activities within defined timelines.
• Providing leadership with custom reports as needed.

Process Improvement and Collaboration:

• Assist with continual improvement initiatives for CyberArk processes.
• Recommend password management solutions by engaging with multiple application teams.
• Conduct CR reviews and implement necessary changes.
• Installation and upgrade of AIM Agents.
