Megan started with JCW in their NYC office in Feb 2016 and now works in the recent Boston office. Megan specialize in recruiting within the Audit, Accounting, Advisory and Finance markets covering/or across the United States.

Her focus is keeping on top of current patterns and trends in the Audit & Finance markets and building a network of top talent and hiring managers who are working on the most sought-after projects.

Megan manages the candidate journey from the first contact through to post placement care and guide employers with the expertise required to distinguish themselves from the competition to attract top talent and to keep them.
