Naz heads up the Global Learning & Development team for JCW Group creating and executing a strategy that supports the growth and success across our portfolio of brands.
His team works with consultants of every level to support their ongoing development and enable exceptional careers as well as delivering a series of classroom programs aimed at supporting consistent growth.
Naz started his career as a sales consultant in 2011 developing up to become a sales manager, before moving into L&D in 2017. He has trained hundreds of new consultants, supporting their entry into the recruitment market, and written training programs for, new consultants, experienced consultants, new mangers, senior managers & directors.
