After studying Psychology abroad in the Netherlands, Marleen returned home to start off her career and stumbled by accident into recruitment. She got to know that JCW was searching for new employees through a friend of a friend and the rest is history.
She started off on the sales floor as an Associate Consultant working in the insurance sector and, despite some rough times, rose up through the ranks to Senior Consultant. Then she made the switch to the supporting side and started first recruiting for JCW directly then taking over the Learning & Development for the Frankfurt office, helping the team grow and achieve set goals as an organization.
She absolutely loves not only being able to help the growth as a team but also supporting the development of her colleagues.
