Boris joined JCW in 2018 with 4 years of tax recruitment experience. Since then, he has built out the tax recruitment function at JCW and has a team of 6 underneath him. Boris and his team work with tax attorneys and CPAs, primarily in the NYC tri state area. More recently, the team has expanded into accounting/finance.
