Angelika was born in Rome and came to Frankfurt in October 2021 to join the company as an Associate Recruitment Consultant after completing her Bachelor's degree in Gloucester, UK. 

She worked on positions, placed candidates and looked after clients in the actuarial and IT sectors. Since then, she has developed into Frankfurt's internal HR and Operations Manager and takes care of various tasks, such as: 

  • On- and offboarding
  • Preparation of payroll accounting
  • Maintenance of internal guidelines and contracts
  • Ensuring that internal rules and documentation comply with local labor laws
  • Administration of benefits, leaves of absence and working hours 
  • Office operations management
  • First point of contact for internal technical/system issues
